About Alex
I completed my medical degree at Barts and the London, where I also completed an MSc in Clinical Endocrinology (with Distinction). I attended Westminster School, where I achieved 11A*s at GCSE and took A-levels in Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and English Literature. I have taught over 1000 hours in the past few years, and helped students gain places at independent schools such as St Paul's Boys (the UK's highest ranking independent boys' school in The Times' Parent Power Schools Guide 2024).
I have also helped many students gain top grades in Mathematics and Science GCSEs, and assisted others in gaining places at medical schools around the UK.

I tailor each lesson to the individual student, considering their unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. My goal is to build their confidence by celebrating their progress and providing constructive feedback. I also challenge them by introducing thought-provoking exercises and encouraging critical thinking. I foster a two-way dialogue, inviting students to actively engage with me during lessons rather than letting them passively absorb information.
