I am a qualified Company Secretary, with a strong background in corporate law, compliance management, and governance advisory. I have been providing tuition and consultancy services to students since 2023 focusing on Company Law, Securities Laws, Corporate Governance, and Business & Economic Laws.
I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. My key skills include:
* Drafting and vetting of legal documents
* Conducting board and general meetings as per Companies Act, 2013
* Handling compliance under ROC, SEBI, FEMA, and Stock Exchange Regulations
* Providing secretarial audit support
* Teaching complex corporate laws in a simplified and exam-oriented manner
I believe in conceptual clarity and practical application, making learning interactive and effective. My dual exposure as a Company Secretary and educator helps me bring real-world insights into every session.
