I am Vrndarika aka Barsha, a devoted yoga practitioner and certified yoga and yoga Nidra teacher, guided by the profound wisdom of the yoga sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. Rooted in the ancient teachings of these sacred texts, I embrace the holistic principles of yoga to foster physical vitality, mental clarity and spiritual growth. As a mother of two, I have found solace and strength in the transformative practice of yoga. Adults (18-65): Customised sessions to address the specific needs and goals of adults. Enhances strength, flexibility and stress management skills. Promotes relaxation, mindfulness and overall well-being for busy lifestyles. Seniors (Ages 65+): Gentle and accessible yoga practices to support mobility and balance. Improves joint health, flexibility, and mental clarity in a safe manner.
