About Xiaoluo
Hi, this is Xiaoluo and you can call me Sandra. I graduated in Master of Teaching from the University of Melbourne. I qualified to teach Accounting (and other related business subjects) and Chinese. I'm a native Chinese speaker, if you're looking for bilingual accounting class that delivered in both Chinese and English, don't hesitate to ask me! In my Chinese lessons, you have opportunities to explore Chinese history and culture and practice language in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

My lessons are always communicative and interactive. I use opening questions to promote students' thinking and authentic learning material (e.g. case study) to engage students.
Chinese is about not only listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, but also culture and history. Students have opportunities to explore the cultural differences between Australia and China to be more open-minded.
My lessons are always 45 minutes and divided into four parts: 1) Recap knowledge from previous lessons; 2) Present new knowledge; 3) Practice how to apply the new knowledge and 4) Demonstrate achievements. Remember, a clear learning routine allow students to develop good learning strategies! Students also have sufficient time to practice their language skills in my lessons.
I also provide students with ongoing formative and summative assessments to provide efficient feedback for future development.
