About J
Having a couple of injuries yet willing to lead an active lifestyle, I've found exercises that work for me- I am also unable to attend the gym yet don't want to feel left out! Therefore I've decided to gain a qualification in a chair-based exercise containing aerobics, stretching, and cardio, tailored to meet your needs and to fit your other commitments. Suitable for a variety of conditions and ages. Contains individual plans. Group and one-to-one sessions available. Ladies only sessions.

These sessions are also suitable for those who suffer with arthritis as it also focuses on joint health.
