About Chloe
As a twenty-something with a love for physical activity, I always loved Yoga and its ability to keep me fit and in shape without having to be at a busy, sweaty gym. Yoga is best practiced in nature, and when I began practicing in more places outside, I found myself really sink into the spiritual aspect of it. It brings you in tune with yourself more than I could have ever imagined.
After meeting so many inspiring yoga teachers, I decided I did not want to just be any yoga teacher, telling you and 30 others in the class what positions to get into in order to break a sweat and leave you feeling like you just did boot camp. I want to be a healing teacher, who develops connections with her students in attempts to really mend any personal wounds, and leave you feeling rejuvenated, cared for, and comfortable in your body, mind and spirit.
I use miscellallanous incense, essential oil, massage techniques, and mantras to bring my clients into the most dreamy, zen state they've ever been into. It is a true passion of mine, and in my blood to help others.

Yoga practice is so much more than just physical, yoga allows us to sink deep into our mind, body and spirit. Which is exactly what my teachings focus on. Using breathwork and meditation to ground the practice, as well as experimenting with poses that target important systems throughout our body.
Regardless of your history with yoga and/or meditation, I assure you all levels, body types, and ages are bound to find a method that works for them and what they are looking to accomplish.
My practice starts with restorative yoga, for clients to recenter, followed by a gentle warm up, to get blood circulating, then we get into our vinyasa flow and peak poses, where we collectively will find asanas to benefit your needs (eg. supine twist for the digestive system.), to close the practice we will enter a short meditation during svasana, to once again reground and recenter the mind, body and spirit. Leaving you feeling zen, empowered, and aware.
these classes are relatively flexible in their duration, typically 60-90 minutes :)
Luna Awakening Academy and Yoga Alliance of Costa Rica, have certified me with their 200 hour teacher training in September, and I have been teaching and practicing myself over the last five years.
