People often approach me looking for a quick fix. While it's possible to develop the required determination overnight, weight loss and lifestyle change require more time. I will first need to get an idea of your current lifestyle and may ask you to record a food diary over the course of 1-2 weeks. After this I can start providing you with meal plans, recipes and tips that will help you to reach your health and fitness goals. These will be provided over half hour sessions, when we will discuss your progress. Getting used to your new lifestyle gradually is key, as maintaining your new lifestyle will be just as important as establishing it. I make myself available to my clients so that they may ask questions even when we are not having a session. I welcome anyone who is ready to put in the required effort.
