I create a specific program for every new student based on what they like. I always thought learning has to go with enjoyment, every courses should be an exchange between teacher and student. I am using Padlet where I can put a lot of documents for one lesson : courses notes, grammar, vocabulary, conjugation rules, exercises with correction, authentic french documents...
