I used to absolutely hate yoga and through Mary I realised that it can be a wonderful practice to strengthen your body, endurance and flexibility. She has a very approachable and friendly demeanour and her approach to the flow is structured and easy to follow. She truly makes the space a haven to practice without judgement, but instead surrounded by focus and understanding
I've known Mary and has been my teacher for years. Lessons with her always are flowing and have a little bit of everything. You empower your body, unlock it step by step never failing to guide you and remind you the little things.
