Colleen really inspired enthusiasm in my daughter for a subject that she had, up until then, found stuffy and rigid—boring. Colleen managed to make her see that English was fun and that words could be beautiful and help us communicate more effectively by preparing lessons that were relevant and around subjects that her pupil (my daughter) related to and was interested in. It certainly took a load off me, and with this change of attitude came success. With success came a happier child and a happier mother. Thank you, Colleen.

I had the pleasure of having Colleen as my maths tutor, with a few English lessons on the side too.
She was very patient with me and made me understand problems which the teachers at school made sound much more difficult. Colleen explained things very clearly which made learning with her feel achievable and much more enjoyable than school !
I was projected at school to get a 4 in my GCSE’s but with Colleen’s help I got a grade 5 which I can only thank her for !
