My teaching is mainly based on Concept building and practice with continuity so that our students get rid of problem of learning. I don't believe whether someone is Weak or Intelligent. If you are good in study it means you have done practice more and more and its vice versa. So,for being efficient what I believe is practice and only practice with continuity.
