About Nirupama
I am a passionate, highly experienced teacher. I have been teaching senior and higher secondary classes for the last 15 years in renowned schools. I am an active evaluator of 10th board examinations. I am fully aware of the new curriculum changes in 9th grade (inclusion of normal and advanced level papers for both science and Maths), emphasis on competency-based questions. I want to share and help students to understand, love, and score good marks in core subjects.

In my class, every student is unique, with different abilities, learning styles, and levels of understanding. However, classroom teaching often follows the principle that “one size fits all.” This means that average, above-average, and weaker students are taught in the same manner, without considering their individual needs. As a result, some students may struggle to keep up, while others may not feel challenged enough. This creates difficulties in ensuring effective learning for everyone. In contrast, teaching in small batches allows for more personalized attention, where the teacher can focus on each student’s strengths and weaknesses, making learning more effective.
