About Francis
Throughout my career I have built a reputation for clear, persuasive and authoritative communication. Whether negotiating six-figure contracts, presenting to senior stakeholders, or mentoring junior professionals, language has always been at the heart of what I do — and I do it well.
As a published author, my relationship with the English language goes beyond the professional. I understand how words work, how tone shapes perception, and how the right sentence at the right moment can change an outcome. That depth of understanding is something I bring into every lesson.
I came to tutoring because I kept seeing talented, capable professionals held back not by their ability — but by their confidence in English. That bothered me. I knew I could help, and I have.

I'm a published author and senior business professional with over a decade of experience working at corporate level across some of the UK's leading companies. I understand precisely what strong professional English looks like — and more importantly, how to get you there.
My Approach
My first session is always about you — your role, your goals, and the specific situations where you need to perform. From there, every lesson is tailored to real scenarios you actually face: presenting to stakeholders, writing professional emails, leading meetings, negotiating, or simply sounding more natural and confident in everyday workplace conversations.
This isn't textbook English. This is boardroom English, taught by someone who has lived it.
Lesson Structure
Sessions run 60 minutes as standard, with 90-minute deep-dive sessions available. Lessons are focused and outcome-driven — you will always leave with something immediately applicable to your work.

BSc (Hons) Business Management — Plymouth University
Harvard University certified (Contract Law & Communication)
10+ years at senior level across SaaS, eCommerce, and corporate business environments
