About Jessica
From an early age as a drama student, to the Captain of the debating team in high school, to a law student and an attorney, my public speaking skills have developed across various forums. Whether in a leadership position, a performance setting or arguing in Court, I have years of experience in delivering spoken word that is convincing and engaging. Being a young female attorney arguing against senior colleagues, I understand how important it is to be able to build confidence and edit your material, to deliver your message in a memorable and easy to follow way.

My starting point is to evaluate the written material and context that the student needs assistance with. Teaching the student to adjust the structure of their speech is vital to holding attention. The next point is to assess the specific challenges faced by the individual student and work on improving those specific aspects, whether that be projection, tone, speed, eye contact and gesture, etc. I also share my number one secret to recapturing your audience during a speech.
