Hi!
I’m a Multilingual Coach with an international background and a passion for communication.
With an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Master of Laws from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and a PostGrad in Psychology, I spent years in private banking before dedicating myself fully to teaching.

Safe Warm-Up (15 min)
Low-pressure speaking.
Examples:
“Speak for 1 minute about your week.”
If you're a group : Paired breakout conversations
Guided prompts
Goal: talk immediately in a relaxed way.
Skill of the Week (20–25 min)
Short teaching section.
Examples:
Week 1: Managing fear & physical anxiety
Week 2: Organising your thoughts clearly
Week 3: Voice projection & body language
Week 4: Thinking on your feet
Week 5: Speaking confidently in meetings
Week 6: Final presentation practice
Theory will be short as this is not a lecture course.
Guided Practice (35–40 min)
This is where transformation happens.
Activities:
2-minute structured speech
Impromptu speaking exercises
Role-playing meetings
Mock presentations
Storytelling practice
If you are in a group - I will make sure each person speaks equally at every session. NB: the price is per session, not per individual.
