About Fanny
"Originally from Carcassonne in the south of France. She has been passionate about art since a young age, dance and theater in particular. At 18 she decided to take the plunge and leave the south to join Paris. She began her training as an actress at the Cours Florent in 2008 before integrating the Peyran-Lacroix courses at the Théâtre de la Pépinière in. After these three years of study, she decided to travel and work in luxury hotels, especially in California, in Caribbean, South Africa and Dubai where she discovers different cultures. Continuing her passion for the artistic she confronts other approaches to the acting. After all her travels, she arrives in French-speaking Switzerland and integrates the Professional class of a theater school while pursuing her career as an actress on different shootings and plays. It is in contact with different professionals, that the desire to coach, to stage e and to share your passion for the profession with young actors is becoming obvious. In parallel, she has always been passionate about personal development coaching from an early age, she has read dozens of books, has been inspired by the greatest, Simon Sinek, Tony Robbins ... has attended several major conferences on life change and self-confidence with in particular David Laroche, Alexandre Cormont ... since 2017 she has worked tirelessly, trained, learned her trade to become a real personal development coach specializing in self-confidence and taking public speaking. "I have always observed people especially during my travels, I study behaviors and I am constantly in analysis, and in reflection on personalities and in all situations. Ask me why this or that person reacts like that to this is the most important moment in this situation. Now what I want to do is help you ask yourself how to change something that bothers you, how to evolve, become positive and assert yourself. it is learned, speaking in public it is learned, everything is learned and worked. For me, accepting to take charge of your life and becoming an actor of your own changes is one of my priorities. "

Knowing how to express oneself in public We will work together on essential points: • Breathing: Becoming aware of low breathing is the first job to do to achieve mastery of the voice and management of stage fright; this awareness is achieved through simple, individual and collective exercises. • The vocal and corporal placement: If the intervention passes first by the voice, it is the whole body which is the instrument; you have to be able to mobilize physically and adapt instantly to the audience to gain impact. • Controlling one's emotions: It is a matter of discovering its particularities, its singularity, through the emotions that we learn to manage and reproduce. Knowing its potential and acquiring the tools to use it fully is the foundation of insurance, and therefore of conviction. • Consciousness of one's image: There is often a gap between the image that we think we are emitting and the image that is perceived. Working on, and with, this lag makes it possible to remain relevant.
