About Toby
I'm Toby. I'm a Royal Naval Officer and Politics and International Relations undergraduate.
I attended Winchester College between 2015-2020. For Pre-U, I studied Maths, Economics and Geography. Whilst at Winchester, I immersed myself heavily within the Boat Club, Music, Drama, Design Technology and Art departments.
