About Jay
Hi, I'm a 26-year-old Personal Trainer who's been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. Training has always been a huge part of my life, and over the years I've developed a genuine love for helping others achieve things they never thought possible.
For me, personal training is about much more than just losing weight or building muscle. It's about helping people gain confidence, feel comfortable in their own skin, and become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, whether they're complete beginners stepping into a gym for the first time or experienced gym-goers looking to push their results further. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in confidence, hit their goals, and realise they're capable of far more than they thought.
You'll find me coaching at JD Gyms Hempstead Valley and OneStopGym, as well as offering online coaching and mobile personal training across Ashford, Maidstone, and the surrounding areas.
My goal is simple: to provide support, motivation, and expert guidance while making fitness enjoyable, sustainable, and something you can genuinely look forward to. If you're ready to invest in yourself and make a positive change, I'd love to help you on your journey.
