About Natasha
I have a degree in Psychology (BSc Hons) from Brunel University. I am also a qualified Psychotherapist (Counsellor) specialising in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapy. I am also a Trainee (nearly qualified) Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support adults to manage stress, anxiety and depression primarily but also other common mental health conditions.

I use NICE Guidance approved Step 2 Interventions for low-intensity CBT work. Each intervention is used accordingly depending on what you want to learn to manage better. For example, Cognitive Restructuring is used to help positive/alternative thinking, particularly if you are feeling low in mood. Techniques are taught in stages and paced accordingly in order to avoid becoming overwhelmed. I do have experience teaching groups of adults and individual adults on a one-to-one basis.

Details
Cancellation policy = students will be charged if they give less than 48 hours notice of cancelling a session. Payment for a session must be received no less than 24 hours before each session.
I can travel to a public location for sessions as long as they are wheelchair accessible as I'm a wheelchair user.
