About Tilly
I have had a lot of experience both through myself and close friends with dealing with stress and wellbeing. I am also undertaking a degree in Psychology, which looks closely at how we deal with stress and mental health. I have also been a leader with GirlGuiding for 4 years, where I make sure the wellbeing and mental health of the girls is strong and make sure they can come to me if they need to.
