About Vedika
My name is Vedika, and I am a Psychology student at the University of Ottawa with a passion for learning and teaching. I have always enjoyed helping others understand complex ideas, and I bring patience, encouragement, and a positive attitude to every lesson. I understand that school can sometimes feel overwhelming, so my goal is to create a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence in their abilities. I tailor my teaching to each student’s needs and focus on steady progress, not just quick fixes. Hi! My name is Vedika, and I’m a Psychology student who loves helping students feel more confident and capable in their studies.
My Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my approach based on their needs. I use clear, step-by-step explanations, examples from real life, and interactive questions to keep lessons engaging. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into manageable parts so students don’t feel overwhelmed.

Being one of her cousin brothers, Vedika has always been like a big sister to me and is very caring, supportive, and understanding towards me whenever I have faced challenges and has given me great advice. Whenever I am around her, she never fails to put a smile on my face and if I don’t coming out dying of laughter every time our families plan get-togethers or just whenever we meet each other, then that means something was up. Vedika will go out of her way to make sure that students she takes under her wing will feel comfortable and confident when they learn English from her the same way she does with her family. I know she will do a great job at helping her students out and I could not be more proud to call her my sister.
