About Karla Shadday
I have started meditating for 7 years, for 4 years I did it for several hours a day, now only 1 hour before going to sleep. Meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, focus more easily, mental fluidity, emotional stability, greater control of thoughts and emotions, clarity, etc ... The benefits are many. Practicing it could change your life, help you with anxiety, insomnia or indecisions, etc. I discovered ASMR 4 years ago, it helps me relax and sleep, also causing slight tingles on my head and neck. (I recommend looking for it on YouTube if you haven't heard of it). I came to the conclusion that by mixing them we could reach a deeper and faster level of relaxation. By studying psychology and knowing also psychoanalysis, I know how to help you with specific problems and / or ask or tell you just what you need.
