About Senta
My name is Senta and I am an undergraduate Psychology student in Ireland. For the past 3 years I have been studying psychology and involved in volunteering work. Furthermore, through my own experiences in therapy I have learned to value the practice and now strive to provide peer-support, especially for younger individuals at a relatively low cost. I myself am also a part of several alternative and queer communities, so I understand how important it is to have someone who listens without judgment. I'm therefore always open to talking about niche interests, identities, and lifestyles.

I'm a psychology student offering supportive, non-clinical peer-support and wellbeing coaching. I offer sessions between 30-90min at any time and on any day, as long as it is planned at least 24 hours in advance. My approach is open and fully judgment-free. I focus on helping people manage stress, build confidence, and talk about things in a safe space. Everyone is welcome with me. I work with people of all backgrounds and lifestyles including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent people, and those involved in alternative communities or relationship styles. Respect, comfort, and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me. In my sessions I offer structured support, active listening, and practical strategies tailored to your specific needs. If you're looking for someone approachable, open, and ready to listen, I'd be happy to help :)
