About Nimra
I work with people who feel stuck, unsure of themselves, or held back by self-doubt. With a background in psychology and training in NLP, I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build confidence in a practical, supportive way.
My approach is calm, direct, and non-judgmental. I don’t pressure or lecture. I listen carefully, explain things clearly, and adapt each session to your needs. Many people tell me they feel comfortable opening up to me because the space feels safe and grounded.
I have experience working with students and adults on issues like low self-esteem, overthinking, stress, and communication anxiety through individual sessions and workshops. My focus is on helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you show up and speak.
