About Avantika
Previously, I worked as a HR and Wellness consultant where I led group meditations for employees for about 6-8 months. I have also worked in the mental health zone and can offer self-care strategies. Employees reported feeling greater life satisfaction and more in control of their lifestyle post these sessions.
