Hello there! I'm here to help you not just understand a subject, but to feel great about tackling the challenges life throws your way. With a B.S. in Psychology (Bachelor of Science) and over 15 years of dedicated professional experience supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), I bring a unique blend of deep empathy and professional planning to every session. I truly believe everyone deserves to be happy, and gaining the confidence to solve problems—whether in the classroom or the living room—is the best way to get there!
My approach is focused on holistic, individualized problem-solving. There is no one-size-fits-all plan here; we'll work together to address your specific goals, be they academic confusion, test anxiety, or challenges with relationships, organization, or daily stress at home. I promise to be professional, organized, and dedicated, but I also believe that life is hard enough without confusing rules, so we'll incorporate a little humor and positivity along the way. Whether you need help with study skills, social-emotional learning, introductory psychology, or practical life strategies, my goal is to equip you with the tools to succeed and gain lasting confidence. Let’s get learning and solving problems together! (And maybe share a quick laugh or two!) I am an extremely positive person with a lot of Insight, wisdom, experience, and education.
