About Karolina
I am a psychologist, wholeness coach, and soft skills trainer, supporting people to understand themselves, gain clarity, and create the life they truly desire. My work blends psychology, personal development, and holistic practices to help clients release old patterns, strengthen self-trust, awaken creativity, and thrive with ease and fulfillment. I describe myself as a non-typical psychologist: clients often feel fully seen, welcomed, and able to speak their truth. I hold space with deep listening, meditation, relaxation, embodiment practices, and non-judgmental dialogue, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. With over 15 years of experience with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, I help people navigate stress, difficult emotions, self-esteem challenges, and interpersonal conflicts — while keeping the work transformational, practical, and lighthearted. I believe every person is already whole and resourceful. My role is to help you reconnect with your essence, claim your strengths, and take aligned action so your inner radiance can shine.
