I am a Psychologist and I have more than 7 years of experience working as an emotional companion. My current training in Mindfulness and Meditation allows me to observe people and situations from an holistic perspective, developing integral help for people.

My way of teaching is based on the objectives, aspects or personal situations that you wish to work, contributing with techniques from Positive Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mindfulness, Meditation and emotional accompaniment. I recommend the use of a personal diary to reflect the thoughts and emotions that need to be expressed.
