About Alessandro
I have been a psychologist for a year and i have been a Mental coach for about 9 months. I am also a basketball referee and basketball referees instructor. As a Mental Coach I worked with a dozen athletes (basketball, soccer, 5-a-side football) and professionals in various sectors (personal trainers, Decathlon employees). At the end of the course the athletes have concretely improved their performances (average points achieved, goals scored, recovered balls, stress management and resolution of negative trends). Professionals have improved their job positions (from sales clerks to departmental managers, from clerks to personnel selection staff) and have achieved their goals (+ 70% corporate income).
