Hello, I'm Marco. Throughout my professional and educational journey, I've centred my focus on neurodiversity. My background in psychology has equipped me with a deep understanding of the most effective psychological frameworks tailored to support neurodiverse children and their parents or teachers. I stay abreast of the latest developments, research findings, and best practices to ensure the most relevant and beneficial support. My commitment lies in collaborating closely with parents to craft individualised plans for behaviour management. I adopt a holistic approach aimed at enhancing both educational and interpersonal skills, recognising and addressing the unique needs of each child. Drawing from my extensive background, I offer multiple alternative approaches to nurture their development and address their educational requirements comprehensively. With a foundation in psychology, I am well-versed in various effective frameworks such as applied behaviour analysis, cognitive behaviour therapy, positive behaviour support, and attachment theories. These frameworks serve as guiding principles for supporting neurodiverse children and their families, facilitating holistic growth and well-being. My approach emphasises a systematic method that actively involves parents and caregivers in the intervention process. Through collaborative efforts and parenting coaching, I empower parents by equipping them with strategies aimed at fostering sustainable and impactful improvements in their child's development and overall well-being.

Perfect! Marco has been an incredible tutor for our 7 year old autistic son. He has a wonderfully gentle approach and really understands how to connect with him. Their sessions focus a lot on social stories and emotional support, areas our son often struggles with and the progress we’ve seen has been amazing.
What really stands out is how much our son enjoys their time together. He looks forward to every session and is usually sitting at the table five minutes before Marco arrives because he knows it’s going to be fun and engaging.
