I believe in a love for learning; not just for the sake of a getting a good grade on a test, but because learning makes us better versions of ourselves and helps us excel in life. Therefore, I teach with enthusiasm and with an emphasis on the “big picture” to encourage students to look at learning as an invaluable life skill.
Furthermore, I believe in a tailored approach. Every individual is different, and thus I create my lessons to match the learning style of the student. I also show and encourage alternate methods, so long as they are sound, to allow students to fully embrace the learning process and discover what works best for them.
