About Prosenjit
The IT industry is changing faster than ever. With the rapid growth of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and evolving technologies, the job market has become far more competitive than it was just a few years ago. Today, having a degree alone is often not enough to secure a good job.
Many students graduate with strong academic knowledge but are unsure how to apply it in real-world projects or perform confidently in technical interviews. This gap between academic learning and industry expectations is one of the biggest challenges facing fresh graduates.
This is why I started offering personalized mentoring and interview coaching.
After spending more than 20 years in the IT industry, I've seen what employers truly look for in candidates and how hiring expectations continue to evolve. My goal is to help students build not only technical knowledge but also the practical skills, confidence, and problem-solving mindset needed to succeed in today's technology-driven world.
