About Sienna
My passion for programming began with curiosity about how logic and code can create functional applications and solve real problems. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.Sc in Software Engineering, providing both technical depth and problem-solving expertise. Over 8 years, I have helped learners build strong foundations, develop analytical skills, and gain confidence in programming languages, algorithms, and software development.
I follow a student-centered teaching approach, using step-by-step explanations, hands-on projects, real-world examples, and iterative guidance. I encourage learners to explore, ask questions, and develop independent coding skills. My method emphasizes understanding why solutions work, building confidence and curiosity in computational thinking.
Outside the classroom, I work on personal coding projects, explore emerging technologies, and study new software development practices. Seeing learners grow from uncertainty to independence, mastering coding logic, and achieving project success is highly fulfilling. Supporting learners to become capable, confident, and curious programmers is the central purpose of my teaching.

Programming is most effective when students understand not only syntax but the logic behind each solution. I encourage learners to explore, experiment, troubleshoot, and build projects, fostering confidence, problem-solving skills, and computational thinking. Each lesson emphasizes both conceptual understanding and practical application.
Lessons are customized to suit individual levels. Beginners learn variables, loops, basic syntax, and control structures to build a strong foundation. Intermediate learners explore functions, modular programming, data structures, and debugging practices. Advanced learners focus on algorithms, project planning, optimization, and real-world application with stepwise guidance, feedback, and iterative improvement. Every class balances theory, coding practice, and analytical thinking to ensure mastery and independence.
Programming lessons help students develop analytical reasoning, logical problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Learners gain confidence to build functional programs, troubleshoot effectively, and approach challenges systematically. My goal is to guide learners to excel academically, gain practical coding skills, and cultivate curiosity and independence in programming.
