About Van
I've been programming since 2001 when I built my first website. Things have definitely gotten more complicated since then. I've seen the internet go from simple HTML pages to using heavy-duty JavaScript libraries such as React. For the first few years I focused on building database-driven websites using ColdFusion. Then I moved on to Java, and today I mainly code in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
