I’ve loved cooking ever since I was young, and worked in restaurants from a young age. I moved into food development a couple of years ago and now I’d like to be able to share my knowledge and skills with others who are passionate and want to improve their own cooking abilities

Or all the way up to guiding you on cooking a showstopper dinner party meal for friends and everything in between. I’ll work with you on what you’d like to learn to build the best experience for you

Tom is an exceptional chef with a long career in Michelin Star restaurants & also cooking for celebrities! He is a welcoming, warm chef who will help you to develop your culinary skills at an accelerated pace whilst learning to cook the dishes you love! In particular, the healthy cous cous recipe that he taught me I now use weekly and is a personal favourite! I couldn’t recommend Tom more highly :)
