Namaste! I am a dedicated Yoga Instructor with a Master's degree in Yoga and a passion for helping people improve their physical and mental well-being. I believe yoga is a way of life that promotes health, balance, and inner peace. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and experience levels through personalized online sessions. My goal is to make every class simple, effective, and enjoyable while helping students achieve their fitness, flexibility, stress management, and wellness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
