About Poli
I am a passionate flute tutor with 10 years of experience teaching students from school to college level. Music has always been a strong part of my life, and the flute has helped me express creativity and emotion in a meaningful way. Over the years, I have guided many students from beginner level to confident performers, and one of my proudest achievements is seeing them perform on stage with confidence.
My teaching style is simple, clear, and student-friendly, focusing on strong basics like breathing, tone, and finger technique. I also make sure that lessons are engaging and enjoyable so students stay motivated. I believe that music education builds discipline, confidence, and creativity, and my goal is to inspire students to develop a lifelong love for music while improving their skills step by step.

My teaching approach for flute is centred on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to ensure students learn in a comfortable and effective way. I believe that learning music should be enjoyable as well as structured. I start by understanding the student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
I motivate students by appreciating their efforts and helping them achieve small milestones. Communication helps me explain concepts like breath control, finger techniques, and tone production in a simple and easy way. With integrity, I guide students step by step and focus on building strong basics.
I correct mistakes patiently and support their learning journey. Creativity helps me make lessons interesting by including songs, exercises, and different practice methods. Along with flute, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm, and ear training to help students become confident musicians.
