I follow the Hybrid methodology of teaching - by being a demonstrator as well as a facilitator. I believe that the role of the teacher is to ensure that the "student learns" and not simply that the "teacher teaches". My classrooms are student centric and I provide direct, differentiated, inquiry-based personal learning. I believe in connecting with my students and involving them in planning classes to enhance their participation, enthusiasm and learning. My end goal is to make my students "educated" not just "literate" by ensuring their holistic development.

Perfect! Mona is very hardworking with excellent teaching skills , passionate towards teaching. Mona has good command on her subjects and she is very detail oriented and very well organized. We never had any logistics / scheduling issue with Mona.She's clear with all mathematical/SAT/English concepts which make it easy to understand the subject and every doubt is cleared. Excellent teacher and highly recommended.
