About Mustafa
I am a web developer with 4 years of experience working as a professional developer. Over the past few years, I have gained a lot of experience both as a front-end web developer and web game developer in various startups. While working as a Frontend Engineer at Fynops, I led the development and deployment of five apps utilizing React, Material UI, and serverless architecture. I also built a WordPress plugin to enable integration with WooCommerce, expanding the business's e-commerce capabilities. Through my daily updates and active engagement in weekly dev-huddle calls, I ensured that the team was informed and aligned, and that projects were delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
Prior to my role at Fynops, I worked as a Software Engineer at Loftia, where I collaborated with a distributed team of developers, designers, modelers, and concept artists in the development of an indie MMO web game. In this role, I was instrumental in designing and implementing new features into the game. I also pioneered the development of responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and BabylonJS.
As a Junior Frontend Developer at Barcode Essentials, I contributed to the development of the next version of the company's website using React, Redux, Axios, and Serverless. Through my efforts, I helped to revamp old front-end code into a modern stack, resulting in faster page loading times and a more seamless user experience. Additionally, I conceptualized and developed new UI features and components for the Barcode Essentials Solution for Symantec Management Platform, increasing customer satisfaction and engagement with the platform.

My Teaching Method & Techniques
I believe that the best way to learn programming is by actually doing it through project-based learning. We will learn core concepts (like variables, loops, and DOM manipulation) and apply them to build fun, interactive websites. My goal is to move students away from copy-pasting tutorials and help them develop real problem-solving skills so they understand why the code works.
What a Typical Lesson Looks
Like A standard 60-minute lesson is highly interactive and structured to keep students engaged:
• 10 mins - The Warm-Up: Reviewing what we built last time and answering any lingering questions.
• 15 mins - The Concept: Introducing a new tool or concept (e.g., how to style a button with CSS, or make it click with JavaScript) using clear, visual explanations.
• 25 mins - Pair Programming: We share screens and write code together to add the new feature to our running project.
• 10 mins - The Wrap-Up: Debugging any errors, celebrating the win, and talking about what we will build next time.
