About Freya
I’ve been teaching and performing for several years, working with singers of all levels to help them reach their full vocal potential. My teaching style blends patience, encouragement, and deep respect for each student’s individuality. I believe every voice has a unique character waiting to be discovered, and my mission is to nurture that authenticity. Whether working on pop, classical, or contemporary styles, I create lessons that inspire growth, creativity, and confidence. When I’m not teaching, I perform, write, and collaborate with other musicians. These real-world experiences enrich my lessons, allowing me to share insights about performance, interpretation, and the emotional connection that brings music to life.

My singing lessons are a journey of self-discovery through sound. I focus on developing vocal strength, pitch control, resonance, and musical emotion — helping each student sing not just beautifully, but truthfully. Lessons are tailored to individual goals, whether that’s mastering breathing, improving tone, or preparing for performance.
Beginners start by learning proper breathing techniques, posture, and basic warm-ups that build control and endurance. Intermediate students work on vocal range, phrasing, dynamics, and stylistic interpretation, while advanced learners explore emotional delivery, stage presence, and advanced repertoire. I also integrate ear training and rhythm work to strengthen overall musicianship.
Each lesson is designed to balance technique with artistry. My approach helps students understand how the body and emotion work together, transforming singing from a skill into an expressive form of storytelling.
