About Cynthia
I’m a professional, patient, and dedicated swimming coach who enjoys helping people become more confident and comfortable in the water. I understand that every swimmer learns differently, so I take the time to understand each student’s needs and adapt my coaching accordingly.
I create a positive and supportive environment where students can learn without feeling pressured. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time, improving your technique, or building greater confidence in the water, I am committed to helping you make steady progress.
I take pride in being reliable, professional, and encouraging. For me, a successful lesson is one where students leave feeling that they have learned something new, improved their skills, and are one step closer to reaching their swimming goals.

My swimming lessons are patient, practical, and adapted to each swimmer’s individual ability and goals. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students can learn at their own pace while developing good technique, confidence, and water safety.
I usually begin each lesson with a short warm-up and a review of skills from the previous session. We then work on specific areas such as breathing, body position, kicking, arm movement, floating, coordination, or stroke technique. I demonstrate each skill clearly, allow the student to practise, and give simple feedback to help them improve.
What sets me apart is my patient and encouraging approach. I pay close attention to each swimmer’s strengths and challenges rather than using the same method for everyone. My goal is not only to teach swimming skills, but also to help students feel more relaxed, confident, and independent in the water.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, children, teenagers, and adults, as well as swimmers who already have experience and want to improve their technique, endurance, or confidence.
