About Sofia
I have been on swim teams since before I can remember. I also got my SEN qualification and I have worked on alternative therapy in the water for individuals with different needs, I am level 2 swimming instructor qualified and I can also provide baby swim lessons. I maintained active first aid certifications the past 4 years.

Effective coaching requires both technique and patience. I’m great with new swimmers, and I know how to communicate with children. I have been in this industry as a coach/instructor 7 years and as an active swimmer 18 years. I am super confident with any skills.
