About Euan
I’m Euan Hart, a Sydney songwriter, guitarist and touring performer. I reached the Top 8 on The Voice Australia, have toured Australia and Europe, played festivals and sold-out headline shows, and release original music under my own name. My music has been supported by Triple J, Double J, Apple Music and Spotify. Search Euan Hart on Spotify to hear what I make.
I teach beginner guitar through a Sydney music school and privately, and I hold a current NSW Working With Children Check. I do not want to create identical guitar players. I want students to play the music they love, build confidence and eventually make something of their own if that interests them.

About the lesson

These lessons start with a song, not a textbook.
Choose something you actually want to play and we will use it to learn the chords, riffs, rhythm, picking, TAB and technique you need. I do not want you practising exercises for months without understanding how they connect to music.
Complete beginners can start with recognisable riffs and simple songs. If you already play, we can work on barre chords, power chords, lead guitar, improvisation, songwriting, singing while playing or feeling more confident playing with other musicians.
I use guitar to write, record and perform songs. My aim is to help you do the same, whether that means playing your favourite song from beginning to end, writing something of your own or eventually joining a band.

Details
Online: $45 for 30 minutes or $85 for 60 minutes. At my place in Sydney’s Inner West: $50 for 30 minutes or $90 for 60 minutes. Home visit within 10 km of Sydney CBD: $60 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes. The first Superprof session is a free 30-minute introductory meeting to discuss goals, try one short activity and choose the best starting point. Full lessons are paid. Standard cancellation policy: 24 hours.
