About Ril
I was a student of the University of the Arts in Philadelphia for screenwriting, before it unfortunately closed. Since then, I've become a film and teaching student. I now work with children professionally as a nanny and tutor, and I'm confident in my skills to help you.

My teaching method is patient. We'll go at your speed, and I'll find out the type of stories you like! Depending on you, we could read short stories or longer chapter books. We'll break down books by chapter and analyze the story and characters, finding what we like and dislike about the book.
Of course, you need to read to write, so we'll be doing that too. You'll do multiple creative writing exercises and I'll be there to help with character, story, and setting development.
