I have had a 10-year career in the sports and fitness world. I am a professional rugby player with training sessions 5 days a week. I have extensive knowledge in different training methods from gym, functional, crossfit, arobics, semiaerobics, etc.

The training consists of 1 hour of work well distributed between a correct warm-up to avoid injuries, work adapted to the student in different versions and a subsequent elongation phase. The works are adapted depending on the conditions of the student, taking into account whether or not they have experience in training of any kind and their lifestyle.
