About Zara
My journey with piano began over 10 years ago, inspired by classical composers and contemporary improvisation alike. Teaching has been a natural extension of my performing experience, allowing me to share the joy of music and guide students toward discovering their own voices. Over the years, I’ve taught students of all ages and skill levels, combining technical rigor with creative exploration to make lessons meaningful and engaging. I prioritize a teaching style that is patient, adaptive, and interactive. Using digital tools, sheet-sharing platforms, and live demonstrations, I ensure students receive structured guidance while exploring their creativity. Each lesson is personalized to support rapid progress without sacrificing enjoyment, balancing technical exercises with expressive pieces that inspire confidence. Outside the classroom, I perform, compose, and collaborate on ensemble projects. Teaching piano is not just a profession—it’s a calling. Watching students transform from hesitant beginners into expressive, confident pianists reaffirms my belief that music is both a skill and a deeply personal journey. Every lesson is an opportunity to nurture talent, curiosity, and passion in equal measure.

Piano is a world of possibilities, where melody, harmony, and emotion converge. My lessons are designed to help students explore that world while building a strong foundation in technique and theory. Each session balances scales, sight-reading, and repertoire with creative expression, ensuring learners develop both skill and musical intuition. Beginners focus on posture, finger exercises, and simple melodies to gain confidence and accuracy. Intermediate students refine articulation, dynamics, and phrasing, exploring a variety of genres from classical to contemporary. Advanced students tackle complex compositions, improvisation, and performance-ready pieces, preparing for recitals, competitions, or personal artistic goals. Assignments, practice routines, and reflective listening exercises are tailored to each student’s pace and objectives.
Beyond playing notes, students learn to connect emotionally with music, cultivating patience, focus, and self-expression.
