I have had the pleasure of studying PGCE alongside Ayodele during our time at the University of Cumbria. Throughout our studies, he has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to academic excellence. Ayodele is an outstanding communicator who works effectively with both peers and lecturers. He is always willing to support fellow students, contribute positively to group discussions, and share his knowledge in a way that encourages others to succeed. In addition to his academic strengths, Ayodele has over 10 years of teaching experience. I experienced his teaching expertise firsthand when he took the time to explain a course that I was finding particularly difficult to understand. His ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps is exceptional. He never rushes through explanations and always ensures that learners fully understand challenging tasks before moving on to the next stage. Although he specialises in Physics, he is also highly knowledgeable in Mathematics and other science subjects. Ayodele's patience, expertise, and passion for teaching make him an invaluable source of support and inspiration to those around him.
