I am a professional personal trainer and world-level armwrestling athlete with 22 years of training experience. I’m passionate about helping people build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence through smart, structured, and effective training. I believe in simple, proven methods, correct technique, and consistent effort over quick fixes.
