About Michael
I am a professional performer and studied the trombone as my main instrument and gig on the horn 90% of the time but also perform as a dummer once and a while. Running a 28 person brass band, working with students facing a variety of cognitive and mental challenges and most recently starting a rock and with the homeless folks in Salem. I would love to share my knowledge of musicianship and professional performance to work on grooving and speaking the language of multiple styles/genres through the percussion instruments we're learning together.

I'd love to teach as many students as possible, especially since many band programs are not going to be offered this year with the pandemic.
