About Talita Sofija
My name is Talita Sofija, and I am a professional opera soprano with extensive experience performing on stage.
But that is only the tip of the iceberg.
What people do not see are the years of daily discipline, consistency, and dedication required to sustain an operatic voice—both physically and mentally. My singing journey has therefore been just as much a journey of personal growth and self-improvement.
Along the way, I have learned how to build lasting habits, overcome limiting beliefs, develop self-discipline, and cultivate a mindset that supports both success and well-being. I believe these principles are universal and can be applied to any area of life.
Whether you are looking to improve your habits, strengthen your confidence, develop greater self-discipline, achieve a personal goal, or simply become more consistent in your daily life, I would be happy to support you on your journey.
Over the years, I have inspired and advised many friends and colleagues, helping them make positive changes and move closer to the person they want to become.
